Following an international competition with 221 applicants from 36 countries, miriamandtom are the successful recipients of the commission to develop a site specific artwork for the new Haukeland University Hospital Center for Mental and Physical Health for Children and Youth in Bergen, Norway.
Colour Cloud is a sculptural light-based artwork, designed to enliven the experience for patients, staff and visitors of the institution. Through an interactive system, it will visualise the emotional state of its users and the seasonal characteristics of the building’s dynamic fjord setting.
